The further I delve and attempt to rationalize 40 years of unobstructed abortion the more I realize its failure was revealed, hidden among an absence of order. Duplication of Effort becomes an unfortunate casualty when organizational objectives are not clearly defined. Capabilities for success become bound to consequences of counter productivity, ultimately evolving into what we witness today. Mutually assured destruction may loom for our unborn and the effort to willingly pursue a paradigm shift seriously intent on defeating abortion.
If we are truly determined and dedicated to solving this appalling crisis a new course of action may be required. The time has arisen for introductions to a RADICAL outside of the box approach. Radical in the sense that it revolutionizes the pooling of resources required to meet objectives identified by a single unified force. An approach long overlooked but highly necessary if efficiencies are to be gained. Our combined quest to finally vanquish a 40 year old nemesis may now be within reach.
Consolidation must replace Duplication if allowances for Unity of Effort are to be developed. Sustainment of such an element provides a unified force for knowledge and necessarily remains at the forefront of each discussion. A hierarchical structure may also be considered as it provides essential order to 40 years of abandoned conformity. Wide ranges of pro-life expertise also play vital roles supporting functions including but not limited to News, Investigative, Education, Medical, Legislative, Religious, and International. Each established area supports abolishment of abortion independently, unaware of affiliated possibilities capable of strengthening further advancements. Are they willing to join forces outside comfort zones in one consolidated effort? Once consolidation firmly takes hold Unity of effort establishes itself as the cornerstone for advocating future protection of life concerns.
Those attentive to the most recent presidential election learned there is much to be gained from physically advancing a clear and coherent message. Although loaded with misconceptions and demonization of opposition this message demanded actions. Silent supporters of life will respond if those dedicated, relentlessly speak and act in unwavering fashion. Success to the pro-life cause can absolutely be accomplished but must first be organized. Many great ideas fail not from a lack of trying but from an absence of candidly assessing, properly tracking, assignment of responsibilities and recording of milestones achieved. Call it the Nova Life Proclamation. I’ve yet to see an ordered plan in place assigning or detailing such roles of actions and milestones. If a structured plan were to exist who then would lead and manage? There are organizations in place today built for such an honor. Although I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting Don Cooper, I believe World Life Organization (WLO) is adequately positioned as well as righteously staffed to accomplish this mission. Please take the time in reading the WLO mission statement below.
World Life is on the front lines of abortion abolitionism and evangelism. World Life is fighting to create a culture in which abortion is unthinkable and working to lead people to the Truth in Jesus Christ. We desire to bring healing to women and men, who have been wounded by abortion, and to motivate and support people to effectively defend the pre-born. Through innovative resources and creative activism, World Life reveals the “fearfully and wonderfully made” humanity of the pre-born child, exposes the indescribable injustice of abortion, and shares the lifesaving Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Who then would constitute the remaining areas required for this well-founded ministry to flourish? Many answer the call, shaping advancements essential to the pro-life cause. Together, their News and Investigative roles have brought much insight and understanding into the inner deceitful workings of Planned Parenthood and its deceptive affiliates. Management of this role as well as others adds value when assessment of relationships beneficial to supporting a wide range of operations is unveiled.
Religious advocacy would also be required to fulfill, sustain and if required, defend current life affirmation perceptions. Diminished notions now regarded as mainstream have progressed throughout the years due in part from an unwillingness to offend. Indescribable would easily characterize the church, if supporting congregations were to awaken and arrive in droves. Deserved “In contempt of life” labels once born from silence, could then be removed.
American Evangelical Christian theologian, philosopher, and Presbyterian pastor Francis Schaeffer once stated:
“In front of every abortion clinic there needs to be a sign that reads, here by permission of the Church.”
Legislation although listed as a supporting role in this scenario, will most likely be singularly attributed with the means by which abortion is finally eradicated. As person-hood continues to make headway demanding recognition for all human beings, we must not underestimate nor take for granted the limitless and resolute power bestowed on we the people.
Dietrich Bonhoeffer once proclaimed,
“Silence in the face of evil is itself evil:
God will not hold us guiltless.
Not to speak is to speak.
Not to act is to act.”
Will those advocating support for the protection of innocent life act in a unified effort or succumb to predictable erroneous attributed inefficiencies?
We are fortunately surrounded by many individuals dedicated to eradicating this horrific offense. Unfortunately it may not be enough. The pro-life legislative accomplishments in 2012 are certainly historic and warrant much credit. However, 2013 may ultimately be bound by pressure emanating from self-gratifying political influences. Recognition of these dastardly acts bears responsibility, demanding actions for halting the single most abusive unjustly attack on humanity that has ever existed.
